Operating under the direction of its founder and chief executive officer, Miles Duggal, for the past three years, We Planet Earth draws on the knowledge and skill of experienced marketing and fundraising professionals to mount effective marketing campaigns for a range of charity partners. We Planet Earth (WPE) also provides training in a variety of fields ranging from public speaking to effective activism. In addition to its headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario, the organization supports offices in Toronto, Ontario; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Montreal, Quebec; Calgary, Alberta; and Vancouver, British Columbia.
WPE primarily focuses on face-to-face marketing strategies, such as canvassing in neighborhoods and engaging with people in malls and at public events. The organization also engages in street fundraising and business-to-business outreach. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Doctors Without Borders are just two of the roughly dozen major government and private charities that have benefited from WPE services.
